Total amount of glucose in adult human blood is 3.3-7g (assuming adult blood volume of 5 liters). The obvious conclusion is that we weren't ever meant to have chosen carbs which result in more than a slight elevation of blood glucose as non-physiological - requiring correction to re-establish physiological normality.

Sillero et al. (2015) point out that most #injuries exhibit warmer thermal asymmetries (0.5ºC on average). Thermoregulation, as indicated by Ismael Fernández Cuevas  (2019), reveals both hyperthermia and hypothermia compared to the healthy region. 🥵 Warmer areas suggest inflammation or increased metabolic activity, linked to fractures, sprains, and tendinitis. 🥶 Colder areas are associated with nervous system issues, vascular problems, or inadequate healing processes (Sillero et al. 2015). 📷+🌡 Infrared #thermography aids in understanding thermal processes and supports diagnosis.
