When an #employee decides to leave a #company, it's important that they are treated with kindness and respect during their notice period. This is the time between when they announce they are leaving and their last day at work. Treating employees well during this time ensures they feel #valued, even as they are preparing to move on to new opportunities. It shows that the company #appreciates their contributions and respects their decision. A positive and respectful #exit can have several #benefits for the company. For one, it helps maintain a good relationship with the departing employee, who might become a valuable connection in the future. They could return to the company later or recommend it to others. Additionally, it sets a good example for the remaining employees, demonstrating that the company #values its staff and #cares about their well-being, which can boost overall morale and loyalty. Finally, a happy exit is deserved by all because it reflects well on the company's #culture and #reputation. When employees leave on good terms, they are more likely to speak positively about their experience, which can attract new talent and improve the company's standing in the industry. Moreover, it ensures a smoother transition, as departing employees are more likely to complete their tasks diligently and assist in #training their replacements if they feel respected and appreciated. Such an important reminder! When resigning from a previous position, there was anxiety about how the treatment would be. Fortunately, the company was incredibly supportive, and the HR team even held an exit interview to gather feedback and express gratitude for the work done. This approach not only made the departing employee feel valued but also encouraged them to give their best until the very last day. It's essential for companies to understand that the way they handle an employee's departure can have long-lasting effects on their reputation and employee morale. Every employee indeed deserves a happy exit Dev Raj Saini

Yes, Employee should be treated kindly, but he should also give his 100% during the notice period and train to the subordinates or new commer so that company should not get suffered in his absence. He also should be ready for any kind of assistance or support after leaving the job, because he has learnt lots of from this organisation for the betterment in his future endeavours. As the Earth is like a circle don't know when he will be back either from his side or he may be called by the company in future by giving better opportunity. As the Earth is like a circle don't know when he will be back either from his side or he may be called by the company in future by giving better opportunity, all above is totally depending on the attitude and behaviour as shown by him during the tenure of his service in this organisation.

During the notice period, employees often become casual about their roles, but it is crucial for them to remain professional and responsible. Maintaining honesty and dedication during this time reflects well on their character and professionalism. It ensures a smoother transition for their colleagues and the organization. Treating the notice period as mere days to pass without taking responsibility can damage their reputation and relationships. Therefore, employees should uphold their duties and contribute positively until their final day.

In Infosys employees are not even considered as employees ..they think employees as a kid who doesn't knows anything, a kid only needs less money likke pocket money 20 k in hand even after 2 yrs of experience, don't give kids any work otherwisee they will spoil ..just keep them on bench and lure them by saying that if you do 5 days wfo then we will give u project, if you keep your dq above 75 or more then we will give you project, ..we can't make you our confirmed employee even after 2 yrs of experience...i don't understand that those wo work on low profile jobs even they are getting good salary above 27k or 30k and that to after 3-4 months of joining the company. But in Infosys they will reape your every inch of your skin and say you have less knowledge, your ahould do something, blah blah blah..Infosys is south biased company which only supports south people ...and their dc , how can i forget that...none of MNC forces i to work from base location...idk why infosys is considered as top 2nd good company...but i would say pls dont go in. This..

Couldn't agree more with this sentiment. Having experienced both positive and negative exits from different companies, it's clear how much of a difference it makes. When leaving a previous job, the manager and colleagues went out of their way to show appreciation, which not only made the departure smoother but also left a lasting positive impression of the company. This respectful treatment during the notice period isn't just a nice gesture—it's a crucial part of maintaining a professional and supportive workplace culture. Kudos to all organizations that prioritize a dignified exit process Dev Raj Saini

Treating employees kindly during their notice period is not just about being nice—it's about showing respect and professionalism. In some companies, there's a practice of celebrating the contributions of departing employees, often organizing small farewell gatherings and ensuring they have the support needed during the transition. This approach significantly strengthens workplace culture and leads to positive word-of-mouth from former employees. A happy exit is a small investment that yields big returns in terms of employee loyalty and company reputation Dev Raj Saini

It occurs only in dreams. If an employee is respected and valued during his tenure, why would he be leaving. And if he is not respected and valued during his tenure then would they do during notice period. Notice period is the time when an employee says no to exploitation and harassment which infuriated the management further as they are already fuming from his departure.
