It has come to our attention that individuals are attempting to impersonate the Coastal Ridge Real Estate team through a fake email account using the domain @careerscoastalridge.com and messaging on LinkedIn, Indeed, and potentially other platforms. These folks are claiming that there is a "Remote Full Time Property Manager" job opening, and rushing candidates through a fake interview process. Your security and privacy are our utmost priorities, and we want to ensure that you remain protected against any of these fraudulent attempts. What to Watch Out For: ❌ Suspicious Emails: Be wary of any emails that directly request any of your personal information, account details, or login credentials that seem unrelated to a job opportunity. These phishing emails often use urgent language or create a sense of urgency to trick you into taking immediate action. ❌ Fake Job Opportunities: Phishers may reach out to you directly with the promise of fake job opportunities.
