Reflecting on My 2023 Learning Journey As the year draws to a close, it's the perfect time to pause and think about the wisdom I've gathered in the past 12 months. Here's a glimpse of the insights and lessons I've acquired: This is another great year with full of learning and development for me along with business objectives delivery passionately. -One of the key highlights is acquiring a new Technical Skill Set of CFIN this year which is not only time relevant but also a great fit skill for future. -Working & collaborating with across Geographies from China to Europe ANZ, US, Middle East with teammates and stakeholders is really a fantastic experience. -Sharing my insights and knowledge in our Mars Communities of Practice for Project and Program Management on how to handle complexities, manage time for self, prevent burnout, dealing with ambiguity was also really great. -To keep the leadership and core skills continue to be fresh and time relevant, have gone the courses available on #MarsUniversity. I would like to mention two. "Communication Skills for Modern Management", "Communicating to Drive People to take action." These lessons are my compass as I embark on the journey into the new year, and I'm eager to see how they will shape my path. What insights have you gathered in 2023? 💡 👩💻 Reflecting on what I've learning this year 💡 👩💻 In our busy work routines, we don't take the time to look back at how far we've come and we rarely realize how much a professional experience can develop and grow you. This year has been rich, very rich and has sometimes pushed me OUT of my comfort zone; and that's precisely WHERE you develop the most. In 2023 : 👉 I've had the chance to develop my leadership, through intense project management. 👉 I've learned to handle ambiguity with greater confidence 👉 I've learned about resilience and the importance of a strong goal that can make you achieve the seemingly impossible. 👉 I've learned the uniqueness of Mars lies on the people around you. I cherish all the extraordinary people I've met and who have supported me and inspired me this year. 👉 I've learned that my passion for EB and my energy are my strenght and that I can just be myself at Mars. 😍 And... last but not least, I've started learning how to become a Line Manager. I know this is the beginnning of a new learning journey and I've been learning literally EVERY DAY since October 1, but I'm surronded by the best possible team and I know we'll accomplish so much together. Did you know snakes are crucially important much as biblically they're cursed creatures by God. Snakes serve as predators and preys in an ecosystem. So, they make biodiversity. Also, there is a potential medical role in a venom, like having anti-tumor and antibacterial property. Snakes are pets for some people and are tourist attractors for economic purposes. Today, I learnt how important are snakes, we should reduce our fear with them, but rather know how to manage them. Don't hurt a snake, it will not hurt you.
