It is a great initiative but let me remind Niti Aayog and Advisors there that maximum corruption in government schemes is at Village Pradhan & Secretary and Block Pramukhs level as they spend lot of money in winning elections so they recover it through an established route of corruption. So, training must focus on accountability, delivery and transparency.Though, it is most difficult but not imposible.
It’s inspiring to see NITI Aayog taking proactive steps towards enhancing the skills and capacities of Block Pramukhs under the Aspirational Blocks Programme. Such initiatives are crucial for driving impactful change at the grassroots level. Kudos to Shri S.N. Tripathi and the entire team for their dedication to achieving saturation of key indicators and fostering best practices.
My country is included in the fifth economy of the world, yet the youth of my country are wandering in search of employment, every day many friends call me for employment but I am not able to provide them employment, I feel very sad about this. Due to the pressure of increasing population, there is a shortage of employment, unemployment is a curse.
Nice, public representatives will have clear vision onwards for respective aspirational block.

You may need to stop corruption at the village president and Block village clerk level first. The village does not need both of them. You need a block Development officer who is "very good" with out corruption and with out interference from the ruling political party and he must drive every thing and Niti Aayog needs to give trainings to the BDOs only.
It is good initiative of NITI Aayog. If public representatives is also included in program it definitely helps in achieving goals of Aspirational Block Program.
Marked calendar
NITI Aayog's training program for Block Pramukhs is a welcome step towards achieving saturation of indicators in ABP. By emphasizing on best practices and engaging participants in discussions on crucial aspects like planning, resource allocation, and community engagement, the workshop will equip Block Pramukhs with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive progress in their respective blocks.
