"Where the full grown adults with full of experience taking wrong decisions in most cases, Now we are asking someone in decision making table when we called him children" I'm little confused maybe there are some exceptions that not examples. May need to rethink!

Children's right to participate in decisions that affect them is essential for their development and well-being. Respecting their autonomy fosters the growth of crucial skills, making decisions more relevant and effective. By honoring their rights, we are also investing in the future, nurturing responsible, confident and engaged citizens. This approach is vital for building inclusive, equitable societies that uphold the dignity and well-being of all individuals, regardless of age or background.

Children are generally not Jurisprudent. Juvenile Courts ought to be set up to Legislate for their Rights. The chief one is the right to decent livelihood pending *Merited Scope to attain Ken that will convert to Earning Capacity; and *Merited Access to enable Implementation; Target of both being to earn so as to, in the first instant, sustain a decent livelihood as per Universal Standard. In case of Juvenile Delinquents, Reformation Homes ought to (re-)orient their perspective unto Universal Standard.

Decision making becomes successful when there is a mutual understanding of the child and adult in the outcomes anticipated by the decision agreed upon, though most parents feel their own decision is a must do.children have resorted to achieving the immediate outcome but long term outcomes are to their own decision which affects them or wastes time

Older Persons are the key CAREGIVERS. Without the Wisdom and experience of the Older Persons, the wrong decisions will always be made with detrimental effects in future. We know the road. #OLDERNOTOVER
