Movement is a form of mindfulness, taking shape in many forms - small steps can create big change and Peloton is making every move count for #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth. Starting on Friday, May 17 at 12:30pm EST, Peloton and special friends including Cleveland Browns' Myles Garrett and the Connecticut Sun's Brionna Jones are encouraging Peloton members and beyond to come together as a unified community.
