HR is an exciting and interesting sphere as you work with the key assets of a company - the people who have many different personalities, backgrounds and abilities. In every situation you have to use various schools of thought as well as best practice to determine the next steps in your approach and the outcome you want to achieve. These different personalities and the situations which most times are unique is what makes it so interesting however some organizations/people don’t see the value of HR hence why in some organizations HR doesn’t have a seat in strategy meetings

People come, forget people, our own friends ,office employees come and say what kind of work we do? There are no hassle of month end, there are no targets,You have to pay salary and be stingy in that also. What work do you do?Not just giving salary, giving salary on time is also important, we do that also. We try to understand problems/grievances of employees and solve their problems when their own manager/mentor give up on them. And who says that we don't have work- Says the people who come to us when they have problems they can't solve themselves. You guys think dealing people issue is black and white? No, there are lot of greys. Even we do have targets, pressure to give business/company the best people from the market to get the company on top. Yes, we do say we'll get back to you, not because we have to plagiarize, not to answer, it's because so that we can give the best possible solution/answer for what you have asked. You Think Employee Engagement Is Easy? We have to go into the smallest details. We have to keep gifts or events considering every person, no one should feel left out or bad, we have to keep that thing in mind. How can everyone feel involved and feel happy? We have to think that too even in the budget. Even after thinking so much, there will always be someone poking and questioning, you did this wrong for the sake of taunt, this is not like this, this was not good. Thank you for pointing out the mistakes, but what about appreciating the efforts? Come and spend a day in HR. #hr #hrbp #humancapital #humanresources
