Our ongoing journey with Sara C. of Fresh and Fearless Consultancy on the vital topic of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) continued last week. In the second instalment, we explored the significant impact of inequality and discrimination, both in and outside the workplace. The workshop provided the team with a deeper comprehension of non-inclusive language and microaggressions, bolstering our confidence in using DE&I terminology and appropriate language. These important discussions create a culture of inclusivity where everyone feels safe to share their experiences, learning from one another.
