Re-entering the workforce can be daunting and having a community and network to champion, sponsor and provide uniquely curated, practical reintegration support is such a valuable tool for women re-entering the workforce. This week WBD Executives including Jennifer Remling, WBD’s People & Culture Officer, leaders from DEI, Talent Acquisition and other industry experts had the pleasure of leading sessions designed to reignite their careers and unlock new possibilities. Earlier this month, WBD's Early Talent team hosted two summits in NYC and ATL, welcoming over 50 Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program (EICOP) students. EICOP, a vital partner for WBD, has been providing access and opportunities to underrepresented students of color from HBCUs. The summits featured tours of the Sports Studio in Techwood and the CNN Tour in Hudson Yards, along with engaging panel discussions with WBD employees who are HBCU alumni. Our collaboration with EICOP has led to the successful onboarding of student leaders into internship programs in LA, NYC, and Atlanta. We are excited about our continued collaboration with this incredible organization! 🌟
