Fun facts about cupping! During cupping, we frequently use a method known as "slurping." Coffee can be uniformly distributed throughout the cupper's taste buds and reach the back of the mouth by slurping it loudly and rapidly. We can evaluate the coffee's sweetness, acidity, flavor notes, body, and aftertaste more accurately by doing this. This method may appear strange in other settings, but in the realm of coffee tasting, it's an essential step in the procedure!

The freshness of brewed coffee depends on various factors. Ideally, consume it within 10-30 minutes after brewing for the best flavor and aroma. ☕ After that, it starts to lose its optimal taste due to oxidation. If you’ve brewed a pot in the morning, it’s past its prime after 4-6 hours and fully spoiled after 8-12 hours. If you want to extend its shelf life, storing it in the fridge can help slow down oxidation, but be aware that it may absorb flavors from its surroundings. So, enjoy your coffee while it’s at its freshest! ☕😊 #coffeetrivia #coffeelover
