How to buy on Livemaster

You can buy unique original handmade items and artworks of every stripe on Livemaster. Our artisans sell items on their own — this allows you to choose appropriate time, shipping and payment methods.

There are three groups of items:

  • In stock — such items are in stock and ready to ship to buyers;

  • Made to order — sellers need some time to make and send these items;

  • Item sample — such items aren’t in stock. Before you order, ask the seller if it is possible to make an item alike.

Purchasing «In stock» and «Made to order» items takes place in Cart only. Just add all items you want to Cart and order them in a few steps.

Step 1. Choose items and add them to Cart

To add an item to Cart click the «Add to Cart» button on the item page:

To make a purchase, you can also follow the «Add to Cart» link under the item photo right from Catalogue or a search results:

You can add several items to Cart, compare them and calculate the sum total. See the number of items in Cart near «My Cart» button in the top menu.

After you choose the items, specify their number and delete those that you won’t buy. To delete an item from Cart, click the «Remove» link near the item title. If you want to delete all items of some definite shop, click the «Remove all» link:

Enter the city where your purchase should be shipped to and choose the shipping and payment methods you like.

When buying items with fixed shipping cost, the sum total is calculated automatically. If a seller hasn’t fixed the shipping cost, ask about it in a message.

Some items in stock can be easily and safely paid via PayPal on Livemaster. When adding such items to Cart, you are offered to pay via PayPal among other payment methods:

A seller may need some time (from one to several days) to make the purchase ready for dispatch, and some time is taken by shipping as well. Make sure that the processing and shipping time suit you:

Note: shop owners sell and ship their items themselves, that’s why you are to order items from each seller individually.

After selecting the shipping and payment methods, click the «Order» button. If you want to pay right now and select payment via PayPal — click «Go to payment».

Step 2. Shipping address

To enter the address where to send a purchase is the most important step. Exact and full address is a key to successful shipment of a purchase right to your place. Fill in the fields with your contact info in detail — the seller receives it after the order confirmation. This would greatly speed up the deal process, reduce the mistakes and save you from plentiful correspondence. If you have already made some purchases, choose the preceding address. Check if the info in fields is correct and enter your phone number — let the seller contact you and specify the order details, if necessary. Your purchase is almost made — one step is left to complete it. Click «Next».

Step 3. Purchase confirmation

The last things to do is to confirm your purchase and check the info correctness. When you confirm a purchase, a message with your details is sent to the seller. The details include item titles, the number of items and prices, info about the shipping and payment methods you choose, the shipping address and your contact number.

Check the info you’ve entered carefully. If it is correct, click the «Confirm the purchase» button. If you find a mistake, go back to the preceding step and correct it. Then confirm your purchase.

If you choose payment via PayPal on the first step, confirm your purchase by clicking the «Pay» button. Sign in to your PayPal account and make the payment — the sum would be sent to the seller immediately.

What’s next?

As just you confirm your purchase, the seller receives a notification about the order. If the shop owner can’t guarantee selling any of the items you choose, he/she can decline the order. In this case you receive a notification to your email. It may happen that the item you choose is not in stock any more — if someone has paid for it before you.

Sometimes a seller is ready to execute your order but partly changes it:

- changes the number of items in your order if the items are not in stock in the proper quantity;

- removes some items from the order if they have already been sold.

If a seller changes somehow your order, you receive the notification to your email. Confirm your agreement to the new changes or refuse the deal on the purchase page.

The seller can not change the number of items in your purchase or decline it when it is paid via PayPal.

Whatever the order terms are, you can cancel your purchase at any time before the seller accepts it. After the shop owner confirms the order, you are to pay for the purchase, and then it is made ready for shipping.

As just you receive the desired item, write the seller a review on the item quality and the competence on the deal page. This would help other buyers to assess the seller and make the decision on dealing with this shop owner. On the other hand, the seller also writes a review and recommends you as a reliable buyer to other shop owners.

All deals completed by you are on My Purchases. On this page you can message the seller, specify important details and look through the information about the order and the correspondence history.
