Attempting to Make Sense of the OSTP Memo

This session will ask and try to answer questions about the potential impacts of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) memo on the scholarly communication ecosystem by making visible exactly what research will be directly and indirectly impacted and how that might inform strategies to build a more connected research ecosystem.
