Lyrasis offers a fully hosted deployment of The Palace Project software on cloud-based infrastructure for both members and non-members. The Lyrasis team manages the proper set-up and configuration of the software, administers the cloud-based hardware via Amazon Web Services, and supports libraries with the launch of the Palace mobile applications to patrons. Lyrasis hosting also includes online orientation sessions to The Palace Project platform for library administrators.

Lyrasis, partnering with DPLA, makes hosting The Palace Project and sourcing content from other platforms such as the DPLA Exchange easy. This hosted option allows libraries to take control of their eContent shelves, merge open content with that from many providers, and deliver it in Palace. Hosting it with LYRASIS makes it turnkey and seamless.

With The Palace Project you can:

• Manage and curate your library’s eContent holdings from multiple providers, including Overdrive, Baker and Taylor, Bibliotheca, and the DPLA in one unified interface.
• Easily create custom lists of content to be highlighted in patron’s mobile devices.
• Monitor eContent use by patrons, including number of total titles in the catalog licenses, as well as amount of patrons with active loans or holds.
