The Global Road Map to Defeat Meningitis by 2030

Supporting advocates in the race to defeat meningitis

Race to 2030

In 2021 the World Health Organisation (WHO) launched a global road map to defeat meningitis by 2030. Meningitis Research Foundation and our global membership network, the Confederation of Meningitis Organisations, have created Race to 2030 to help you engage with the Road Map and be part of global efforts to defeat the disease. More than anything, it is critical that people with personal experience of meningitis are at the centre of change.

On these pages, you will find useful information, important updates, and links to downloadable resources. Organisations and individuals around the world have already played an essential role in this process. For example, supporting the Road Map’s launch, contributing to country-level activities and delivering World Meningitis Day each year. 2030 is within our sights and you can help us get over the finish line.
