The announcement follows a "Summit on Peace in Ukraine" conference held in the Bürgenstock resort, Switzerland, over the weekend.
Minister Cassis did not specify the location for the second conference.
During the Bürgenstock talks, global leaders adopted a unified stance emphasizing the protection of nuclear facilities in Ukraine, safeguarding shipping routes and ports in the Black and Azov Seas, the release of all prisoners of war and the return of displaced Ukrainian children and civilians.
In a joint communique, the signatories highlighted that Russia's war against Ukraine continues to cause suffering and destruction, and achieving peace necessitates the involvement of all parties.
The statement also underscored the importance of respecting Ukraine's territorial integrity.
However, representatives from India, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia did not sign the document.
