Abstract
This work describes the synthesis and X-ray diffraction properties of spirocyclic compounds based on 8-azaspiro[5.6]dodec-10-ene. Diasteriomerically pure pyrrole derivatives were prepared from the spirocyclic 1,2,3-triazole using a coupling reaction. The resulting compounds were characterized via 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and HRMS, and the crystallographic characteristics of one of them were studied by X-ray diffraction.
