This movie was very dear to me when I was younger. It loosely follows the second book with many creative liberties taken, and again we as fans are left to wonder what could have been if they would have kept more of the R-rated content from the book. Great movie, rides the line of family-friendly to straight up horror pretty will so you can watch it safely with your (older) children as a family viewing. Not iconic like the first movie, but very memorable and well worth the watch!

I really think that on it's own it stands up as a decent film with great drama and action scenes. Not to mention one of the most terrifying scenes in cinema history, (The tall grass attack scene) However I do think that it gets let down given its a direct follow up to Jurassic Park.

This movie deserves more appreciation its so good the start was emotional and effective the middle had strong moments and beutiful cimetagrophy and the ending....the T-rex runing and causing havick around the city is both awesome and priceless.This movie is just sooo good i dont know what to say more this movie is soo underrated and good...
