Apply now for the next Trans Mentor Project cohort! We are accepting mentee applications for trans and nonbinary (TGNB) teens and young adults, ages 13-24, and TGNB mentors ages 23+. Come join our mentoring community and meet peers from across the nation.

Leadership Retreats
We host Leadership Retreats where we gather our youth retreat counselors, ages 23 to 30, for a great weekend of skill development, community building, and fun.
Trans Mentor Project
TMP is an innovative national e-mentoring program that pairs trans and nonbinary (TGNB) teens and young adults, ages 13-24, with supportive, identity-affirming TNGB mentors, ages 23+, who empower them to meet their personal goals and thrive.
Youth Retreats
Our weekend long Youth Retreats provide trans and non-binary youth, ages 12 to 17, a unique opportunity to celebrate their identities in a safe and accepting community.
