I had a leased 2019 Sorento and sold it to this dealership for a profit of a little over 6k in November. I just received my check in the mail and it is for almost $200 less than promised. I was told it is due to the difference in them having to pay off the lease, even though we got the payoff amount and then they paid it the next day so there should be no reason for a difference. The lady at the office was super sweet explaining it to me, but even she didn't understand why there was a difference and said there is no way to pay me the rest. I see they are selling my old vehicle for $39,999 and they bought it from me for about 33k. Now this vehicle was super clean and only had 19k miles on it so I know it will sell, but that's an insane markup! I am highly disappointed in this company and this bad deal and I will never get a Kia again or recommend them to anyone!
