For the Holiday's I bought myself the Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Collection and I was extremely happy. I honestly don't buy collections with how much they cost, but this was my favorite movie. I love ColourPop cosmetics because of how often they created popular themed colors and packaging for any style. This brand not only makes creative/beautiful colors, has fast shipping, beautiful packaging, but they also make very high-quality products. I want to get so many of their products (Not only just their Pallets). I will definitely recommend buying this brand and I cannot wait to buy more.

Took company weeks to finally decide they "couldn't" send the order I paid for weeks ago after they forgot to include it in the box they sent me with just a packing slip. After paying for expedited shipping, and sending countless emails asking for help, I was told to just wait. Finally, after waiting and waiting and still notgettibg a package with the missing items, inreceices an email saying they would refund the shipping costs and would ship the package. Then a few hours later I received an email stating they would just refund my money and wouldn't be sending my items. After making me wait all this time! They could have just done that to begin with. Additionally, they don't even provide a phone number for a customer to call for issues like this. I have never been treated so poorly by a retail company.

After receiving my lip mask I ordered during Valentine's day, I applied it the same night. The next morning I woke up to horrible chemical burns on my lips. It was excruciating and it took applying vaseline for a week to heal it. Messaged their "customer service" WITH photos of my burns. Was told they're not responsible for anything I'm allergic to... I have never had an issue with this company. Or the ingredients that was listed. I'm assuming it's the amount of fragrance they use. Company has gone downhill over the years. They mass produce and forgot about their loyal customers.

Tip for consumers:
Please spot test!!! A least a tiny bit before applying the entire amount on your lips. If I had kept the nasty photo of my lips, I would've posted it.

Even though their products are awesome, their customer service is horrible. Rude, they don't read what you're writing, and as others have said it's like talking to a robot.

Declaring the wrong value of a package is fraud, be it lower or higher than the true value. They have no problem putting down the wrong value and then say they cannot do anything about it and not refunding you the unnecessary costs you've made. Even when you show them documentation from local customs that they're in the wrong.

So be aware when you buy from them.

Be aware that customer support is horrible and that they declare value of items wrong

This is the only place I will ever buy lipstick from. I've ordered over 40 products and all have arrived very quickly and intact. I understand that not every batch is perfect, but mine are all great! They're cruelty free af and they even had a fundraiser to help no kill animal shelters. I'm obsessed.

My daughter had me make an order for her birthday, otherwise I never would have ordered from a company that has only email for customer service and such horrible reviews and makes you jump through hoops when they are in the wrong! Took 2 weeks to be delivered another customer's package. I will now only purchase reputable products from reputable companies, lesson learned for both of us.

Scam company! They keep telling me that my package is on the way. Meanwhile I ordered from a different company will thin the US and received my items within 5 days.
No money back don't even know how to go about it $70 gone! F color pop for this bs

Bought the sailor moon set. Missing both glitter pots. Wrote to them explaining what happened no answer for days then provided a coupon for 16 dollars when buying both again would cost 20 dollars plus shipping. Absolutely pathetic and quite frankly theft.

Shipped wrong item and after multiple, multiple times of trying to contact there has been no response whatsoever. Last time I checked, self tanning lotion is not eyelashes! Do not recommend buying from them, go through Amazon, their products on there are cheaper anyway.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware that what you order may not be what you receive and then trying to contact them to fix their error is nonexistent.

Yep they keep telling me that my delivery will be late because of an unexpected volume of deliveries. Great Business Plan guys! Who would have thought things might get busy around Xmas. They email me thanking me for my patience and when I complain effectively tell me to suck it up. Dont care how much my daughter loves their products their service sucks. Beware!

Never received my order. Contacted the company several times. No significant response. Just too bad shipper says delivered. Reported them to BBC and payment method. Never again. Cheap product with cheap results.

Unbelievably thick heavy makeup. Not AT ALL what it looks like online! You will regret your purchase, and will wonder how it ever looked so good. They are ALL MARKETING --- My friend ordered the exact same lipstick and it looks ten different shades away from mine... no way.,. And honestly a month is WAY too long to wait for an order... don't waste your money. I swear

Additionally, their website over the past two to three weeks has been running incredibly slowly, refreshing itself, and making it wildly difficult to use. Very disappointing to see this rapid decline.

NOT giving one star, because when you get your items, its good makeup.
BUT, when you have to contact customer service, that's where the problem starts.
My first complaint was one of the colors being really bad. They asked for picture, I send them picture. They wanted swipe pictures, I send them swipe pictures. And AGAIN they want pictures. I gave up.

Another time it was problem with a shipping code. Ended up talking to an Idiot who didn't read all that I wrote.

Me: "The shipping code adds 30$ to my bill instead of taking away the shipping fee. Tried another code after but it too added 30$"
Him: "You Can't add another code."... Bloody moron!

Wow what a bad experience for a first time order! The box that the eyeliner was supposed to come is was empty and there was a 4 inch hair intertwined in the mascara. YUK
When I sent them an email telling them of the problem they want me to send them a picture. Are they kidding? I guess from the reviews I see here I should have checked them out first!

I ordered a custom palette that arrived one week despite it being a 2 day priority shipping. My package contained 20 out of the 25 eyeshadows that I ordered and no empty large palette to place the eyeshadows in. Like, really? Who does that? How have they managed to stay in business while robbing people of their hard earned money?! I have worked in retail for many years and know that consumers will talk about bad business habits especially ones that have not a shred of integrity when screwing up people's orders while stealing their money in the process. I wish I would order from them again. They're doing it to themselves.

I have been emailing back and forth for over a week over an issue that could've been solved in a 10 minute phone call. I received an eyeshadow broken, and a lip gloss double ordered, when I contacted them they refused to let me return or exchange either, just kept sending me links to their FAQ page. To refuse to accept the responsibility of your company and try to appease the customer is absolutely not acceptable, especially for such a new and aspiring company like this. Very disappointed.

I ordered 5 products (2 lipsticks, 2 eye shadows, 1 blush) on March 13. The product shipped on 18. When I opened package, 2 lipsticks were missing. I emailed them right away, and they didn't reply. The next day, I emailed them again. Someone replied and said "So sorry! Please email us the picture of your receipt!" I replied in less than 1 hour. No reply. No email with instructions/apologies. I see why their website specified not to email them more than once - it's because they never reply unless you write to them multiple times. Product quality aside (not that great, don't know what the hype is all about), it's ridiculous and unprofessional how I have to chase my own order and worry about whether they included everything I ordered.

Waited for almost two months, the item was already in destination country, however the package was suddenly identified as undeliverable and had to be sent back to USA. Paid the most expensive ever shipping fee for nothing! The customer service only shirk their responsibility and ask customers to contact the courier company. Never have this problems with other companies.

I ordered over 100 USD worth of makeup. It was never delivered, I was told to take it with the post office. If only! The company they use for delivery has an average of 1.2 stars in review because they routinely lose/steal packages, and they are unreachable. By dealing with these scammers, Colourpop made me waste me money and time, no refund was issued. I am deeply unsatisfied.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from them online. The products are good but the hassle is not worth it, Beauty Bakerie and other small compagnies have way better products.

The underlying request truly stunned me since they generally refreshed me through email. Its items and administrations are amazing and reasonable, yet its site's movement isn't greatly improved. I will give everybody a proposal.

I honestly don't understand why there is always only bad reviews on this website. I love colour pop, I just received a pallet I ordered recently. They always have such cute packaging and great eyeshadow pallets. I look forward to buying from them again.

My shipment never arrived and the tracking info hasn't been updated in ages. I ordered the package on Black friday (Nov 24) and waited the 21 business days. On the 21st business day, I emailed them and they told me to wait! No offers of refund or anything. I needed the package before christmas and it never arrived. Do not buy from them, go for a company that actually gives good customer service like Amazon.

Dhl marked my item as delivered, so I tried contacting them and they told me I have to be the shipper to make an inquiry. I contacted colourpop for help with DHL and they declined. I'll never use them again. Like throwing your money away. It was a lousy 22 bucks, and they've lost a long time customer.

Don’t buy, if you have trouble they won’t help.

Something went wrong in the shipping process. Colourpop probably put the wrong address on the package which is why it was never delivered to me and immediately returned to the sender. The customer support just keeps telling me to check at the local post office and I would have gotten just as far talking to a robot.
Terrible customer service, will never order again.
And I still didn't receive my money back, which now has literally been spent to AIR.

Tip for consumers:
Remember that they don't do returns, ever, under any circumstances.

Bought an eyeshadow pallet for my daughter in late November, didn't receive a shipping notice, didn't get any response from email inquiries and finally after a month received the wrong item in the mail. This was first experience with this company. There won't be a second.

Ordered 2 lipsticks 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. Processing the order took forever and receiving them even longer considering we are in the US. They do not have a phone number you can call, there supposed address is in California, however it seems as if the communication, and products come outside of the US. Will positively never order from them again!
