I've probably purchased over a dozen times from these guys. Used to love them but it's a disaster now. They sent me defective frames 3 times. They stopped answering the phone when I called, putting me to voicemail. I had to use an anonymous google voice number to call, and then what a surprise, someone answered right away. Took huge effort to get a refund, very bad business. Won't shop there again.

They've done my car several times. They'll come to you and it's so convenient. Reasonably priced and they do a great job. I plan on calling them again soon.

I've purchased products from this store to kill spiders, lawn grubs, and springtails. They have better products than your local Home Depot, at a reasonable price. Fast shipping, I've never had a problem.

I enjoy their music and I pay for Pandora Plus, so I don't get commercials. My only complaint is with their service and technical developers. Their Android app has been so bad for many years, they can never seem to get right. It's a joke. So many problems. Trying to email their support team about Android app issues is the most worthless experience in the world.

Best dentist office ever. No joke. Dr. Jorgensen is so far and above any normal dentist, it's crazy. Any cheap dentist can clean teeth, but if you have any special teeth needs, this place will help you when no one else can.

My order arrived in 2 days, super fast. These guys have a million costumes, but I went with standard Pirate so I could wear it to an office party for our Pirate Party, and then also on Halloween. Saw a two dollar dog costume on clearance and grabbed that, too. No complaints.

I can be fun buying cheap junk, but really you are just wasting money. Don't ever buy usb sticks or micro sd cards on this site. Every one I bought was fake. Also, do not buy clothes. I got t-shirts with adult body and child sleeves, or one sleeve was a different size, just crazy. You can find cheap stuffed animals for kids and some decent dog toys, that's about it.

Wow, ebay is just terrible. Mostly cheap knock offs and terrible service. This wallet is not authentic, but they didn't seem to care. Why buy junk when you can buy real products elsewhere.

I like this company and their products. I purchased one of their tuners for my living room and it's worked for many years. I bought my brother a Mondo, fun for listening to Pandora. I like to go to their website to see their latest gadgets.

Their networks storage for both business and home are really great. Lots of apps come with their NAS, you can host your own cloud sync, and much more. Great service, too.

Shopping at Newegg was a nightmare. Bought a refurb laptop, but it arrived with a different hard drive than advertised. It was an absolute nightmare to return it. Called immediately to return it, ready to ship back to them in perfect condition. They insisted on store credit instead of real refund.

It took like 10 calls and tons of emails to finally get my actual money back. I had to use Google Cache to prove that they had advertised a different hard drive a few days earlier. I lucked out, without a screenshot of their product page, I would have been screwed. Compare this experience to Amazon returns, and well... this is why Amazon is winning and stores like Newegg are losing.

I had a question about some Carhartt socks, so I sent them an email. They answered right away, and I was able to buy them quickly before they sold out. They were on sale and going fast. Good prices and fast shipping, no problems -- just helpful service.

Like everyone else, I shop here all the time and they always have great service and easy returns. Sometimes their used warehouse goods aren't that good, but as I said, returns are very easy with Amazon.

I ordered a gift card and it was never received. Maybe lost in the mail, I don't know. It was a nightmare trying to get a replacement or refund. They could not simply cancel the gift card and resend a new one. They promised me a refund but never sent it. I called 4 times and waited a month, finally I just did a chargeback because they simply would not refund me. Lady on the phone said her system did not work with the gift card system, so I would need to be transferred, blah blah, that circus show went on for a month and many calls. I never shopped at Toysrus since then.
