An order was placed for same day delivery within the time frame indicated on their website. No delivery was made that day and the next day was a holiday. An inquiry was made via their website chat. The representative claimed that the time zone could have been wrong but LATER looked further into it and said it was within the correct time frame. A few hours later the order was cancelled with no reason and so another chat was initiated. The representative said that there was some issue of some sort with the "liaison". No follow up was made by Cosmoprof to remedy the situation and the order remains cancelled and our time wasted.
