Hilge Euro-Hygia Series Pumps.
Shanley Pump & Equipment, Inc. offers the Hilge Euro-Hygia Series pumps for the yeast and fermentation areas of brewery operations. According to Shanley, the Euro-Hygia pumps offer the maximum 3A sanitary standards for clean-in-place processing. In addition, the company says that the pumps provide superior surface quality of the pump components for "the most gentle handling and quiet transfer of the product."The pumps are FDA-approved, and are designed in compliance with the foodstuff laws, Shanley says. All gasket and sealing materials are steamable (SIP capable).
