The Better Bagel.

Gluten-free bakery Canyon Bakehouse has launched two new bagel flavors, Blueberry and Cinnamon Raisin, doubling its bagel offerings from two varieties to four. The Blueberry bagel is made with whole wild blueberries with no sugar coating, offering a natural, sweet flavor, while the Cinnamon Raisin bagel is packed with tender, juicy raisins, providing a gluten-free twist on a classic favorite.

"When I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2007 and had to eliminate gluten from my diet, one of the foods that I missed the most was a chewy bagel," says Christi Skow, co-founder of Loveland, Colo.-based Canyon Bakehouse. "We are really excited to introduce two classic bagel flavors that taste every bit as delicious as traditionally baked bagels--only ours are certified gluten-free."

Like all Canyon Bakehouse products, the new bagels are made with whole grains, are Certified Gluten-Free and Kosher, and are free from dairy, soy, nuts (peanut and tree nuts), casein and sesame. They are also GMO-free and free from artificial colors, sweeteners and preservatives. The Blueberry and Cinnamon Raisin bagels are available now for a suggested retail price of $5.49-$6.49.
