Sir, While Mr Nadir’s innocence or guilt remains to be decided, his return does remind me of the proof I received that there is no such thing as a free lunch (“Fugitive’s 17 years on the run end today”, Aug 26). The last AGM of Polly Peck was at the Grosvenor House and the salmon, strawberries and drink were second to none.
