“Right now I’m on holiday in Provence with my wife and children. We’ll drive all the way to Galicia and plan to stop in Bilbao to see the Richard Serra installation at the Guggenheim (www.guggenheim-bilbao.es). In Galicia we will stay with architect David Chipperfield.
When I return to London I’m looking forward to visiting Tate Modern again. There is a new exhibition by the installation artist Jan de Cock (www.tate.org.uk) and I also want to see the Degenerate Art display: Expressionism and Cubism have always inspired my work.
I am currently working on two exciting projects. SHOWstudio’s PSP Amaze Me event, which will be executed in London, Rome, Antwerp, Barcelona, Berlin and Dublin, goes live via the website this week (www.showstudio.com/pspamazeme). For the Fashion in Motion project at the V&A (www.vam.ac.uk), I have asked leading fashion photographers, make-up artists and designers to make a short film. We will also unearth historical footage from photographers such as Guy Bourdin.”
