Poppy Koronka

Poppy Koronka is a health correspondent at The Times. She was previously a news reporter and led investigations which uncovered university staff discouraging students from reporting sexual assaults to the police and American anti-abortion groups training activists in the UK. She has previously reported from Romania, exposing the practice of virginity testing and writing on the country's communist-era abortion ban. As well as hard news she likes covering anything quirky and off-beat and loves learning languages in her spare time.
