Since the events of Mice Tea only indirectly influence Coffee Buns:
Make six or so minor variants of the story, choosing either at random on save creation or based on the user's Mice Tea save data (for example, Naomi doesn't work at Barlow's, Felicia has a chance to be dressed in pink, or a different cameo character appears on staff)
We'll make it so it's calculated based on your Mass Effect 2 save file.
And don't worry, all the cameo characters work at Barlow's in Coffee Buns.

Some of the fake brands are definitely spins on real brands, but we're glad we've helped you enjoy some tea!
Have you ever thought of selling like, official Mice Tea branded tea?
We don't like the idea of being in the merch business. It's enough shipping the monthly stickers for the patreon, and tea isn't the sort of thing you can offload to a third-party merch site, like we do with our existing merch store. There are places that will make a custom tea for you, but we'd have to order a huge batch and then box and ship them from our own house.
The one instance we might consider this is just having a small batch for selling at a con or something.

Okay, so we've put a few words on a screen in our dev chat that maybe a little RPG with a goofy, tea-brewing-based battle system starring the Mice Tea cast in a fantasy setting might be fun. But that wouldn't overlap with the original Mice Tea story at all.
The genre that would most entice the highest number of dev team members would probably be a tactical RPG or something, but that's also difficult to cram into Mice Tea's setting and story too.
So for a game that would recreate the original story, we would have to go with... train simulator. You drive the train to get characters to their next scene and it plays out the narrative there. Sometimes scenes happen during a route too. And there's a lot of scenes where the train's really crowded so the character's butt or boobs or dick is pressed up against the door window. We'll be the world's first erotic Densha de Go!! clone!
...actually I'm not super confident I can say that definitively.
