** social end of axis - dysphoria/euphoria primarily comes from socially related aspects of gender, e.g. pronouns set, name, clothing, hairstyle, various gender expectations etc
biological end of axis - dysphoria/euphoria primarily comes from biologically related aspects of gender, e.g. primary or secondary sex characteristics or bodily functions that are usually associated with ones gender
Another footnote: no implication that you want to transition in direction opposite to your AGAB, for example you may desire to use mixed set of pronouns or desire to acquire intermediate body phenotype
