As I write this post, massacres are taking place now in the area next to us, which is the Rafah highways, and the bodies are in the roads and ambulances cannot reach them. We are now in a state of displacement, danger is approaching us, and we do not have the basic necessities of life.

Help Siraj and His Family

Siraj (@siraj2024) is the sole provider for his family of 23 people. He has been fundraising since June after having been displaced upwards of seven times. They are currently residing in two tents, without enough room for everyone to sleep. In addition to these already desolate circumstances, every member of his family has developed skin conditions due to poor sanitation conditions.

They need our help now to get treatment for these conditions with a short-term goal of $60,000 CAD by TODAY (Aug. 29). Siraj's long-term goal of $82,000 CAD will go towards rebuilding his family home and providing for his entire family.

Famine intensifies🇵🇸🥺

In Gaza, we currently do not find the minimum requirements for human life, and we live a disastrous life that is devastating to humanity.😢

The painful scene before you expresses the extent of hunger we have reached in Gaza.😭

My family is part of this difficult scene, and this video is a small part of the suffering we live through daily.

I issue a call for help to every jealous and free person to share this pain with us, convey our suffering, and provide support in whatever way he can.

winter is returning to gaza which means white phosphorous acid rain, polio infected sewage flooding, and bitter cold with no shelter. tents are not enough.

siraj's family has 10 children in it, many under the age of 12, two newborns, and two elderly people who are susceptible to disease. his mother has diabetes, which anyone knows needs frequent monitoring and medical care. he and his family just recovered from skin infections and he doesn't want to see them suffer from all the disease the winter will bring.

siraj found a place to rent but its 1400 CAD a month. the lease lasts 6 months - he needs to raise $8400 CAD / $6253 USD as soon as possible before winter gets really ugly so he can secure his family's safety.

siraj is trying to rebuild his life. he doesn't want to let the zionist entity kick him out. he's staring this genocide in the face and telling them he doesn't care what they do, he's not leaving.

yet, he's really far from his goal. and things are moving really slowly. i don't know how many times i can repeat this same information. things change but the brutality of what they face stays the same.

Siraj @siraj2024 lives with his family in Gaza. He has been enduring the ongoing genocidal war in Gaza for nearly a year. He has lost his safety, his home, and his peaceful life. Now, he is simply trying to survive and keep his loved ones safe.

Right now, Siraj is responsible for 5 families, with a total of 23 people, 10 of whom are children. Food, medicine, and shelter are hard to come by in Gaza due to the war, and as winter approaches, these things become even more vital.

As the weather gets colder and colder, the members of Siraj's family who are most vulnerable to illness need to take shelter. Siraj has found an apartment that could be rented for them to stay in for 6 months, but it costs $1,400 CAD per month ($8,400 for all 6 months.) As well as this, they do not have winter clothing to protect themselves from the cold.

It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. In the midst of ongoing war, tents have become a refuge for many families who have lost their homes due to bombing and destruction. These families live in harsh conditions that offer little protection from the weather, lacking basic necessities like water and electricity. The tent, although a symbol of resilience and challenge, also reflects the state of humanitarian collapse we are experiencing.

As for us in particular, we have undergone five displacements, and with each move, we hope it will be the last. Living in a tent is not easy, especially with a large family that includes children and the elderly. We strive to adapt, but the biting cold at night and the extreme heat during the day make life inside the tent a continuous challenge. With winter approaching, our fears grow as rain and winds become an additional source of suffering. The tents do not provide adequate protection from the harsh cold or water seepage, making living conditions even more difficult.

Amid rising prices, basic necessities like food and medicine have become scarce and nearly impossible to obtain. Humanitarian aid is dwindling, and prices are skyrocketing, putting us in a difficult position as we seek new ways to secure the bare minimum for survival. Even simple daily needs have become a burden for us, and with the arrival of winter, we require additional items like warm clothing, blankets, and heating devices that have become a distant dream.

Urgent Needs for My Small and Large Family:

1. Tents and Shader: We need to secure 2 tents and Shader to protect our family from the rain, as the current situation threatens our safety due to the drop in temperatures and heavy rainfall.

2. Blankets and Clothing: We require sufficient blankets to keep our family warm, in addition to suitable clothing and footwear to face the harsh weather conditions.

3. Total Amount Needed:The total cost for these urgent needs is estimated at $6000.

Current Danger: The lack of these essentials over the next week puts our family at significant risk, especially given the current conditions we are facing, which could lead to our drowning due to the rain and rising sea levels.
