Here's a recipe for pesto gnocchi:

Ingredients:

* 2 pounds of store-bought gnocchi

* 3 cups of basil leaves, washed and dried

* 2 cloves of garlic, peeled

* 3/4 cup parmesan cheese

* 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

* Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the basil, garlic, cheese, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and set aside.

2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.

3. Drain the gnocchi and add it to a deep skillet with some olive oil. Cook over medium heat until light brown.

4. Pour in the pesto sauce and toss well to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Serve hot and garnish with more parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Enjoy!
