I think one of the reasons I hate both entitled customers and customer service workers who hate all customers by virtue of being a customer is, we're on the same team.
unless you're working at a boutique for the 1%, customers and service workers are both hurt by capitalism and we should be united, imo.
Plus, all of us are customers. We deserve to have our questions answered and to have an accessible experience. And service workers deserve low stress and to be respected at their workplace. and I genuinely believe good customer service and high quality work environments go hand in hand.
It's perhaps a smaller issue than most, but customers and service workers are both entitled to pleasant experiences and our struggles are combined
