Kathleen Gassner, Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified RRCA run coach, has dedicated over 10 years to helping individuals of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals. Specializing in addressing RED-S (relative energy deficiency in sport), she understands how fitness can impact individuals and is passionate about promoting overall well-being.
With a diverse background, Kathleen has worked with Olympic trial runners, triathletes, children, and pre/postpartum women. Her extensive experience spans hospital ICUs, orthopedic outpatient settings, and pediatric clinics.
Kathleen’s approach revolves around finding clients’ passions and providing practical solutions for success. Whether working with elite athletes or those new to exercise, she emphasizes that a training program should fit into one’s lifestyle. Kathleen received her B.S. in Biology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University. She is also an RRCA-certified running coach.
