Charlie Ford

Charlie plays a key role in leading and driving forward the organisation and the growth and development of the sport of volleyball in England. Liaising with national sports agencies, advising the Board, and taking an interest in all aspects of the sport are just a few of his key work areas.

Guin leads staff in their day to day work delivery. She assists the CEO to ensure Volleyball England fulfills it's legal, statutory and regulatory responsibilities and is delivering on strategy.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr Dane Vishnubala.

Dane leads on all aspects of clinical governance and is to establish a Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) Volleyball network of practitioners to enhance the organisation’s approach to the athletic development of players across all three formats of the sport.

Financial Consultant

Kevin Fletcher

Kevin is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the figures produced by Volleyball England. This is done by keeping up to date with the latest financial practices and maintaining robust financial systems and procedures. Kevin works part-time.

Gillian helps us to better understand and promote the opportunities that volleyball provides for anyone, at any stage of their life. This includes managing the talent pathways for all disciplines and the technical development of education and training programmes.

Rob Payne

Rob works collaboratively to deliver and continuously improve the products and services that most benefit the clubs and the wider volleyball community. This includes, but is not limited to, all Volleyball England competitions and events. Rob is also our Safeguarding Officer.

Laura Allcoat (nee Woodruff)

Laura strengthens the English club structure by helping clubs achieve their ambitions. This includes the development of membership packages, funding bids and supporting systems for administrators, players, coaches, officials, and volunteers. Laura is our Deputy Safeguarding Officer.

Kirk works to shape and implement a high-performance beach volleyball programme within England at junior and senior level, ultimately working towards achieving even greater success on the world stage.

Zeni Bohri

Working alongside the Finance Consultant, Zeni manages and maintains all financial records, which support the efficient and effective running of Volleyball England. In addition, Zeni leads on all aspects of VolleyStore including procurement, stock control, pricing and distribution.
