Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and his wife Jools have celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary by renewing their vows in a unique Las Vegas ceremony. The special event was complete with an Elvis Presley impersonator officiating at the Graceland Wedding Chapel, reports the Mirror.

The couple, who originally wed in 2000, marked the special occasion with Jamie sharing a selection of snaps on Instagram including images with the Elvis doppelganger and throwbacks to their first walk down the aisle. The joyful pair were pictured in high spirits during the vow renewal which was particularly special for Jools who is a devoted fan of the King of Rock 'n' Roll.

Meanwhile Jools expressed her gratitude to Jamie for embracing her passion for Elvis in a heartfelt Instagram post featuring a video montage of their Vegas experience including moments of them exchanging vows and a kiss as the Elvis tribute artist serenaded them. She wrote: "Happy 24 crazy married years together. I love you so much". She added: "Thank you for indulging my LOVE for Elvis. I know this marriage has '3 people in it but you get me like NO other! Just you wait and see what I have planned for our 25th @jamieoliver."

The comments section was immediately flooded with heartfelt messages. Model Daisy Lowe responded with: "Oh how brilliant happiest anniversary," accompanied by a trio of heart emojis. One fan gushed: "I love these photos SO MUCH! You've put a massive smile on my face. Here's to 24 years of marriage and laughs, and Elvis, obvs". Another fan responded with: "You two are completely nuts! But I LOVE it! Just like 24 years ago. Happy crazy anniversary."

Drummer Derrick McKenzie sent his well-wishes, commenting: "Happy anniversary to you both. Sending big hugs and massive love." Echoing the celebratory spirit one follower recounted: "Aww this is amazing, we got re-married there for our anniversary too last May! ! ! Congratulations guys".

The chef and the former model and writer initially married in July 2000. The couple are parents to five children who are named Poppy, Daisy, Petal, Buddy, and River. Last year the duo celebrated their 23rd anniversary by renewing their vows in the Maldives. The couple and their family currently live in Essex.
