Amadalvarez, topic of this item covers different kinds of city subdivisions, including those that aren't administrative territorial entities. So it probably shouldn't be set as a subclass of the latter (Special:Diff/1313493214) as it isn't universally true. Rather neighborhood subclasses like Ortsbezirk of Germany (Q163301) can be set as subclass of administrative entity if true for type of subdivision in particular place. 2001:7D0:81F7:B580:98BE:B08E:26FC:6041 10:52, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@2001:7D0:81F7:B580:98BE:B08E:26FC:6041: I understand, some items are an administrative territorial entity and some times, don't. So, what's the Qid for neighborhood when it is an administrative territorial entity?. Thanks, Amadalvarez (talk) 11:05, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure if there should be such item. There are subclasses like Ortsbezirk of Germany (Q163301), and similar can be created as subclasses of administrative entity as per local definition, if they don't exist yet and if necessary. 2001:7D0:81F7:B580:98BE:B08E:26FC:6041 11:29, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@2001:7D0:81F7:B580:98BE:B08E:26FC:6041: If you don't know which one is the neighborhood level as administrative territorial entity, may be is neighborhood (Q123705). Which of the items linking to Q123705 are "different kinds of city subdivisions", as you say?. I agree that one item can not serves to two different concept. Even, we can split this one in two: one for those that are administrative territorial entity, and a second one for other kind of "urban areas" without administrative level. But I don't understand how do you decided that Q123705 correspond to "non administrative territories". If you can mark/select which items are "erroneously linking" to this one, we can decide what to do with them. Thanks, Amadalvarez (talk) 14:48, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@2001:7D0:81F7:B580:98BE:B08E:26FC:6041: I find: quarter (Q2983893). Could it be usefull ?. Amadalvarez (talk) 14:54, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Well, Q61389271 is an example of instance that currently links to this item and definitely isn't an administrative entity. I'm sure it's easy to find many more examples. Sitelinks of this item, like en:neighbourhood, refer to articles that don't define the subject as administrative territorial entitites only, accordingly there are non-administrative Wikidata instances using this item. So, contrarily, what made you think that this item may be strictly for administrative entitites?
The situation in regard to quarter (Q2983893) seems to be the same, as a broad class it also may or may not be an administrative entity, depending on location.
If neighbourhoods in some city/country are administrative entities, then these particular neighbourhoods can be simply classified as both neighbourhood and administrative entity, e.g. the way Ortsbezirk of Germany (Q163301) was so far (not sure why you delinked it now), or the way neighborhood of Jerusalem (Q12054099) and others still are. So I doubt it's useful to split administrative and non-administrative neighbourhood class. The only problem I see is that after your edit all neighbourhoods are classified as administrative entities, including those that aren't. 2001:7D0:81F7:B580:4C8B:F26A:91F2:6EA 17:44, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@2001:7D0:81F7:B580:98BE:B08E:26FC:6041: Well, after reading articles about Q61389271, I discard it as a possible solution. I do not want that "this item must be strictly for administrative entitites" if it includes "non administrative neighbourhoods". When I added the debated subclasses, I did not know this item had a mix of both concepts. So, if we revert my addition, we will fix the problem you talk, but lefting without this subclass to some others, that's why I suggest to split in two. Your solution like Ortsbezirk of Germany (Q163301) is correct when we already have this level for several cases, as it is. My pourpose of split this item was oriented to have a generic subclasse for both cases, without need to create one for each country/region that have just a few "entity-administrative neighbourhood". In any case, if you understand what I mean, I revert my edition and, when I needed for an specific situation that affects to me, I'll create an "entity-administrative neighbourhood" item. Salut !. B25es, you readded "subclass of: Q56061" statement, but this isn't true for all instances of this class (Q123705). See comments above. 2001:7D0:88F1:6B80:DDC5:1967:435B:11B1 06:54, 2 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed that. B25es (talk) 07:15, 2 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@217.117.125.83: Why? --Ameisenigel (talk) 20:51, 6 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Ameisenigel: Because it’s part of settlement bu not settlement. 217.117.125.83 16:03, 10 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
 Not done There's no requirement that a settlement not be part of a larger settlement. Bovlb (talk) 18:57, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
