subclass of
[edit]I just removed a statement that this item is subclass of (P279)president (Q30461), because the latter item is only for the political office, and this subclass of (P279) statement implied that every corporate president is also a head of state (Q48352). We could also have a third “president” item which both president (Q1255921) (this one) and president (Q30461) (political) are a subclass of, but that seems risky for me – it would likely get used incorrectly (just like the political one is already occasionally used for corporate officeholders). --Lucas Werkmeister (talk) 20:45, 5 April 2020 (UTC)
- Look at de-description in president (Q30461) and there is the same discussion at Talk:Q30461. --Infovarius (talk) 18:43, 21 April 2020 (UTC)
I left a comment at Talk:Q140686 asking for clarification of the difference between president (Q1255921) and chairperson (Q140686). Cheers! Mateussf (talk) 22:46, 20 November 2020 (UTC)
