Scope of "statute" disagrees with Wikipedia article
[edit]As I understand, statute usually refers to public legislative law, and explicitly excludes rules promulgated by executive officials and private organizations. en:Statute and wikt:statute match my understanding. There is already legislation (Q49371) for the entity that "statute" properly refers to.
