Hannah Jane Manning was born on May 17, 1810 in Exeter, Devon, England, United Kingdom, daughter of John Edye Manning (1783–1870) and Matilda Jordan Cooke (1777–1860). She was christened on September 2, 1810 in Alphington, Exeter, Devon.[1]
Hannah (23) married William Henry Clarke (26) (born about 1806 in Clifton, Bristol, England) on December 27, 1833 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.[2]
