Constance Manning was born in December, 1858 in Sydney, Colony of New South Wales, daughter of William Montagu Manning (1811–1895) and Eliza Anne Sowerby (1827–1913).
Constance died on September 4, 1872 in Sydney, aged 13 years and 9 months.[1]
