Biography

Francis was born in 1922. He was the son of Frederick Wisbey and Florence Bradshaw. ^[1]

He married Mavis Hewitt in 1939 at Kogarah, New South Wales. ^[2]

In 1954, Francis was a motor mechanic, living at Bexley with his wife Mavis. He was registered on the Electoral Roll under the name Francis Edward Wisbey. ^[3]

He passed away in 1994.
