About us
Personal Lifeguard Services (PLS) is a South African, youth initiated, BEE compliant entrepreneurial business that was formed to help prevent drowning and to educate communities and their members on how to deal with medical emergencies across Gauteng and the rest of South Africa. As drownings and medical emergencies are a significant problem in South Africa, PLS provides solutions in three different ways. Firstly, we provide lifeguards & paramedics to all aquatic facilities and events where water safety and emergency care is required. Secondly, we provide swimming, lifeguard and first aid training to organisations and various members of our communities such as teachers & corporate staff. Lastly, we assist with management and training of the health and safety for various organisations to ensure they are legally compliant and prepared for any medical emergencies that might occur.
