Amazing job on the app , that is definitely true , but there is one function i feel that can have improvements.
Maybe for the " posts " function , can all posts be editable and deletable ? I realised only " notices" posts captions can be edited and deleted but not regular posts.
Sometimes i want to update on certain things so i want to edit information to be more accurate but i cant . So now i have a bunch of irrelevant posts from the past that i cant delete .
Simply put :
- make all posts editable
- make all posts deletable
That is all :)
This app really let me connect with those in the neighbourhood ☺️

Thank u v much for taking the time to share this feedback on being able to edit/delete content!
we had initially prevented "deleting" content in order to encourage more responsible posting (& also prevent people from abusing the request for help, cuz there was a season when people were creating different stories/requests for help to prey on the kindness of others, and could get around it by "deleting" their old posts.
As such, we have since removed the option to delete, so future potential benefactors can see abit of context/history of asking for help to detect abuse, but we've since made editing possible! (with the viewers still able to see edit history).
We've allowed editing with edit history about a month ago!
Apologies for the late response, as we were having a team transition & now have a better/stronger team to serve you (comprising of volunteers who are experts in their fields)! ❤️

Amazing app with a great initiative to connect the community together.
Able to view a lot of neighbours residing nearby and it is heartwarming to see people helping one another, it could be as simple as giving advice etc. I must say, GoodHood is really great in forging bonds and building community support. 🥰
Also, requested and received free mask earlier on from a kind soul. This is legit! Now this is my go-to app donating my items or trying my luck to request for #freestuff ha-ha! 😄
Fun to discover your neighborhood
I needed a handyman to install a one-of-a-kind washing machine bought from Taobao. No one was able to help despite searching for hours in other platforms.
Using GoodHood, I happened to see one offering his service near my home. Within minutes, we linked up and he could actually help me!
So fun to discover new things everyday around my neighborhood!
