Poorly designed App!
Struggled to register when saw the advert at the shop. End up just forego the 10% discount lah. Not worth the trouble!
Notification to register in app by 31 Aug 2019 yet received the notification on 31 Aug 2019
Very badly designed app as can’t follow the instruction from the email notification at all since the option given are different. Tried to login as new member since over deadline for updating existing member yet cannot as it said that I m the existing member so need to upgrade yet cannot find the “upgrade membership” option.. try to login as member using handphone number/ email address yet it said the account is the number is invalid. Pointless to implement the app if it’s not ready or user friendly.. 😡
Remove message
The APP shall have a function that allow user to mark all messages as read.
Another problem is changing of password, shall allow user to see what’s key in instead of just *.
APP is still very raw and need many improvements in term of UI and flow.
