I don’t understand why everyone is so negative on this app.💔I won’t say I hate it, but I agree, there are some cons about this app,👎🏼 but there are also some pros about it!💕 Instead of focusing on the negative things, you should focus on the positives of it!😁 And it NOT only applies to this, it applies to everything in life! You should always focus on the bright side of life! So why should you be so negative about it?🤔🎀🩷

This watch just made me write write a review when I’m not a person who will do that! Parents, please don’t get this watch if you are buying for your kid’s safety. The watch itself is ok, the app is not user friendly, the worse thing is the IT support for this watch is horrible!
I bought the watch to track where is my daughter’s location, to know when she reach home or emergency when she needs to call me. However, there were several times the network of the watch is not working, or the calls are not going through. I couldn’t reach any help from Myfirst, I was so nervous that I text in the support chat that I need to locate my daughter, I couldn’t reach her. It was about 6-7pm , but no one responded to me at all until today 3 months later. Still nobody see my message and get back to me. I only managed to find my daughter after the bus driver gave me a call.

So, if you need the watch for safety purpose, please choose other brands, something more secure.

Today is 24 March. Till now there is still issue with the watch S3. Now my child cannot receive my message and the location is cannot be refresh. I have this watch for 1.5 months there is too much issue. // I received the s3 watch for a week. For the past one week GPS and message is not functioning. I have been contacting the merchants they keep telling me to wait for the technical team to update the app. After 1 week of waiting the gps tracking is still not working. Sometime the location is updated , sometime it is not updated at all. When my child tried to call me my phone is not ringing at all and it is not showing there is a incoming call. I brought 2 s3 both is having so much issue and giving so much problem. This is really waste of time.
