Update issues After the latest update call volume is really low. AI can barely be heard outdoors. The setting got adjusting volume for the AI is no longer in the app. The glasses are basically unusable outdoors or in loud environments. To be clear, this is a new issue. The glasses used to be loud enough, but now they're whisper quiet. This is after swiping and looking at audio settings.

Glasses just stopped switching to glasses camera for livestreaming. Tried restarting.. force restarting and factory resetting. Nothing. Glasses will capture photos and videos. Just the double pressing to switch to glasses camera will not work. Sometimes it'll beep like it switch but doesn't show it on the phone. Don't use it much but when i decide to use it or when i have stuff to capture... it just doesn't work . Super frustrating

The features are cool, but everyday I have to reset the glasses multiple times because I reach up to snap a photo only to find the glasses have turned off for no apparent reason. By the time the glasses are back online, it's too late, the moment is past and lost. The glasses are simply unreliable.

Hi Doug! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. We understand the need for our camera to be ready in the moment, and we'd love to offer some support. If the glasses are fully charged, we'd recommend looking into the settings for Wear Detection to toggle off/on. If this continues, please reach out to support on the Rayban official website.
