- If you booked your tickets direct with us, then the quickest and easiest way to request a refund or change your journey is via My Account
- Once you've submitted a refund request via My Account, it will take 5-7 days to process.
- If you’re unable to complete your refund or change of journey via My Account, please fill in the form below and we’ll aim to respond to your request within 28 days.
- For tickets purchased through another retailer, you’ll need to get in touch with them directly for advice on refunds or amendments.
