On Thursday 14 December at 10 a.m., the Agency celebrates a day to commemorate its 30th anniversary in the service of citizens.
‘Change the Plan’, a campaign to reduce the risks of screen abuse on children's health
The campaign, launched by the Spanish Data Protection Authority and the Spanish Association of Pediatrics, promotes the digital health of minors through the awareness of their parents, reducing the risks posed at a physical, mental and social level by intensive and uncontrolled use of digital screens.
Legal responsibility of minors (and their parents) for acts committed on the Internet
Spread content or sensitive information about other people without their consent may have different types of responsibilities: administrative, disciplinary, civil and criminal.
The AEPD supports the Family Digital Plan of the Spanish Association of Pediatrics
This initiative is aligned with the AEPD's strategy and, in particular, to the protection of minors on the Internet. The objective of the Digital Family Plan is to provide scientific-based guidelines to make the best use of technology while reducing the risks to the children's health. It also includes personalised recommendations customised for each family according to their children's age.
Administrative resolution on the users' right to stop unwanted calls for commercial purposes
This document states the criteria the AEPD will follow to enforce the article 66.1b) of the Spanish Telecommunications General Law, which brings a significant change from June, the 29th in order to make this kind of phone calls.

If you are aware of the publication on the internet of photographs, videos or audios of sexual or violent content whose illegal dissemination puts at serious risk the rights and freedoms or the physical or mental health of the affected persons, you can request their immediate withdrawal on the Priority Channel of the AEPD.
