Promotional Period
The promotion begins on 13 July, 2023 and ends on 2 October, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”) in Malaysia (“Qualifying Country”).
Qualifying Locations:
Apple Online Store for Education Individuals, and 1800-80-6419 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location. Only purchases and deliveries within Malaysia are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period, and ship after the end of the Promotion Period, are eligible.
THE OFFER
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product within a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive a Promotion Savings on the combined purchase as outlined below. Promotion Savings are applied to the transaction instantly at the time of purchase. The Promotion Product is not a “gift.” This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
Individuals eligible to purchase from the Qualifying Location including teachers, staff, students and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
Employees of any education institution - Any employee of a public or private education institution in Malaysia is eligible.
Tertiary education students - Students attending or accepted into a tertiary education institution in Malaysia are eligible to purchase.
Parents of tertiary education students - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into a public or private tertiary education institution in Malaysia are eligible to purchase.
Purchases from the Apple Online Store for Education are not for institutional purchase or resale.
VALIDATION OF PURCHASE QUALIFICATIONS:
When a Qualified Purchaser chooses to purchase an Eligible Product through the Apple Online Store, they may be asked to go through a verification process to ensure that they are a Qualified Purchaser and entitled to the Promotion Savings. Such verification process is independently operated by a third party in accordance with their own privacy policy and terms.
When a Qualified Purchaser chooses to purchase an Eligible Product by calling 1800-80-6419, Apple may ask the customer by separate email to provide a copy of the relevant Student/Faculty/Staff ID or an official letter of student admission issued by a higher education institute in the Qualifying Country (collectively the “Qualification Proof”). The Qualification Proof will only be used for the purpose of order validation to ensure they are entitled to the Promotion Savings and will be deleted once it’s no longer necessary to retain it. Shipment of the products may be delayed if Apple does not receive the Qualification Proof in time or if Apple needs additional time to verify that the customer is eligible for the Promotion Savings.
The customer can choose not to go through the above verification processes, but this may result in Apple not being able to provide the Promotion Savings to the customer. In such a case, the customer can choose to continue to purchase the relevant product without the Promotion Savings.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made and subject to the Malaysian consumer laws. Eligible Products and Promotional Products purchased at Apple Online Store in Malaysia cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If an Eligible Product is returned, or is exchanged for an ineligible product, the Promotion Product must also be returned in its original packaging, otherwise the Promotion Savings will be deducted from the amount of the return or exchange, as applicable, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Qualified Purchaser. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product exceeds the original Promotion Product, the Qualified Purchaser will be responsible for payment of the difference. If a Promotion Product is exchanged for another Promotion Product where the full retail value of the desired product is less than the original Promotion Product, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive credit for the difference. If only Promotion Product is returned while the Eligible Product is kept by the Qualified Purchaser, the Qualified Purchaser will not receive Promotion Savings.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period. Eligible Products, Promotion Products, and Promotion Product colors are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will charge the amount of the Promotion Savings received. Eligible Products and Promotion Products may be delivered separately at different time.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same promotional period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
